If you are not satisfied with your Santevia Gravity Water System (COUNTERTOP OR DISPENSER MODELS) for any reason, simply contact us WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No refund will be given for products that have no RAN. Once you have obtained a RAN, you can return your Santevia system to your retailer for a full refund.

If you purchase Santevia products from an online retailer other than Santevia, you will be subject to the online retailer's return policies. Please check the supplier's return policies before purchasing.

If you need to return an item to the Santevia Water Systems Store, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the "Manage Your Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. Warranty

We guarantee all components of your Santevia Water System (Countertop model, Dispenser model, Ceramic model and Enhanced Reverse Osmosis system) to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one year. Please examine all parts prior to assembly. If any part is defective or damaged in transit, or if a defect in workmanship is found in the first year, please DO NOT RETURN THE SYSTEM TO YOUR RETAILER.
